Commissions prices
Following content is 18+ only. I won't be responsible for minors watching it. Please check Terms of service before asking for a commission!
Shown prices are per character.
Payment first.
Estimated delivery time: 1 week to 1 month.
Payment methods: Paypal; Ualá and Mercadopago (Argentina only).
Backgrounds are simple color, detailed background costs + $5.
Only 1 free change of the sketch, every change of the sketch or in the process will cost + $5.
Final product will be deliver via a Google Drive link.

Halfbody: 5 USD - 500 ARG
Fullbody: 7 USD - 700 ARG
Flatcolor
Half body: 10 USD - 1000 ARG
Full body: 12 USD - 1200 ARG
Fullcolor
Half-body: 15 USD - 1500 ARG
Full-body: 17 USD - 1700 ARG

These applies to all my commissions, no exceptions! Please read them carefully.
General terms
Be polite and concise: Don’t send multiple messages changing your order or asking different things, one message telling everything is enough, so please, think it before ordering!
Clear and high quality reference: Just one image if possible. It’s difficult and tedious for me if you send different artist’s drawings and it would affect the final product.
Clear image reference or a clear written idea of the pose or drawing itself: If you don’t know how you want your commission I’ll improvise it, and you must pay changes anyway.
I will only accept 3 drawing for each customer: I need to organize myself and have time for other customers, please try to make your request all together. This only applies for each batch I do.
Prices are always PER CHARACTER: if you need a couple drawing, price would be double.
I only draw simple characters. For complex characters (Lot of hair, clothing, colors, patterns or accessories), adding props (objets) or detailed background to the drawing would be $4 extra.
I can draw: anthro, simple furry, mobian and anime or cartoon humans.
I won’t do in any case: hate speech, pedophilia or zoophilia related (furry and anthro is ok, but not feral or realistic animals-). anything related or similar to robots, mecha, weapons or guns (except some white weapons), armors.
Payment
Payment has to be sent before I start your commission.
With prior agreement you can send half of the payment to start the commission and the rest when the sketch is shown.
I accept international payment via Paypal (USD) only.
Ualá and Mercadopago payment only for Argentina residents!
Process
Work in progress will always be given (exception for sketch commissions).
You can make 1 free change in the sketch. Extra changes will have extra charge of $5.
Delaying time can be from 1 week to 1 month. If I need more time or have a problem with your request I’ll let you know.
Copyright / Usage policity
Myself as the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
Therefore I’m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
-Promote myself in any place or site.
-To display it anywhere I want.
-Post it wherever I want.
The drawing will be kept private only in case the commissioner requests it.
The commissioner are allowed to:
-Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
-Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
-Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.
The following is considered Copyright infringement:
-Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
-Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
-Removing any watermarks/signatures.
-altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 100 USD per piece.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork.
Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
Cancelling / Refound policity
I have the right to cancel your commission or refund the money at any time.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received and myself being in the delay time I mentioned before.
If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
You will forbidden to ever commission EGalaxhy.
Your name will be publicly posted everywhere I want to for others to watch out for.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.
Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.
